Stephen McGrath

Stephen McGrath has spent 15 years working across recruitment, recruitment technology and product. He is Head of Product & Solutions at Poetry, where he works directly with Talent Acquisition and RPO teams to understand how AI can support better, more consistent hiring practices. Previously, Stephen led digital innovation and solution consulting work at iCIMS and spent ten years working directly in recruitment. He also founded TA Tech Finder, an independent platform helping Talent Acquisition teams discover and understand recruitment technology. He regularly speaks and writes about recruitment AI, technology and the changing role of Talent Acquisition.
