With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in HR and talent-focused businesses, including roles at Glint (now LinkedIn), Syndio, and Kenexa/IBM., Ritu is at the forefront of the HR Tech AI revolution. Her mission is to elevate hiring through intelligent agents, empowering people through purpose, and making the recruitment process more democratic.

Bill Fischer is CTO at VONQ and a leader in HRTech innovation and agentic recruiter automation. He leads the development of AI driven recruitment technologies that improve how organizations find and hire talent. Bill speaks on topics including intelligent automation in HR, the future of work, and the responsible use of AI in talent acquisition.  He’s a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and was the founder of an applied AI company bought by DHI Group [NYSE:DHX].
