Adam began his career in recruitment in 1999 with the company that is now Hudson, before working in recruitment marketing with Havas, in human resource services at PwC and as a director at Norman Broadbent plc. He holds a BA from the University of Strathclyde and post-graduate qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and American Board of NLP.
